Role and Core Product
Creative Lead / Senior digital designer for UI, Visual and UX, working with senior management, clients and development teams to deploy the UEFA EURO 2020 corporate hospitality site for IMG. Taking the site from concept, design iterations, through to hand-off and deployment. The site had to be fully responsive, fundamentally allowing customers to understand the various packages on offer, across multiple venues and fixtures. The site also had to be designed and built on a custom CMS, enabling the client to update content dynamically as required, and tying in with the back end for sales and CRM teams. 
Venue Pages and 'View From Your Package'

Process
Working with clients and stakeholders to map out various customer/user journeys. Designing wireframes which enabled us to design a site (iteratively and collaboratively in an “agile methodology”) which is fully fit for purpose and delivers value to all stake holders and meets various KPIs. The principle Call To Action is for customers to contact the sales team to allow them to create bespoke packages, especially given the value of the high-ticket item. ​​​​​​​
